Exploring possibilities
1.
Educational Leadership
Leading with a
clear mind
Allowing Leaders to lead with energy, clarity and purpose,
free from feelings of pressure or burden that reduce and restrict our capacity.
Helping leaders access the full breadth and depth of their true capabilities, despite external factors, circumstance or perceived external pressures.
2.
Teachers
(and those working
with young people)
Excelling in your role
Helping teachers to negotiate the demands and complexities of their role with energy, creativity and passion. So that they can perform at their best, enjoy their work, and have greater impact on the young people they work with.
Equipping teachers with a practical understanding of the availability and impact of their wellbeing and clarity of mind, in any given circumstance.
3.
Young People / Students
Being happy and thriving
Allowing young people to see what they are truly capable of and the levels of creativity, resilience and motivation they have access to at any given moment.
Helping young people to see how they work, so they can overcome barriers, enjoy connecting with others, and thrive in all areas of their life.
4.
Parents / Carers / Family
Helping ourselves to help our children
Supporting parents and carers in negotiating the challenges they face, to allow them to provide meaningful support to their children.
Providing parents and carers with a deeper understanding of our innate capacity to support and nurture our children with love, compassion and wisdom, even in the most challenging of times.
My Approach
An initial conversation allows me to find out more about about you, your school and the areas for development that you have. Initial discussions can be held with teams or individuals to identify key areas of focus. Here we can agree on our intended outcomes and what success will look like.
I like to really explore what is going on, and to understand any particular barriers or challenges that are presenting. Calls and meetings with individuals involved are useful in gaining key insights to shape any programme.
In terms of the duration of a programme we are able to be flexible in our approach, depending on the cohort and how it programmes can align with school calendars and timetables.
In the group sessions we introduce and explore new learning together, sharing experiences and reflections that deepen our understanding. In groups, participants benefit greatly from the reflections of others. New learning is explored practically, in our day to day experiences between sessions and our shared insights help to accelerate learning.
One to one calls provide a great opportunity for participants to personalise their learning journey. They give participants the chance to reflect in more depth on their own key learning, and apply their new insights practically to personal scenarios to deepen their understanding.

About me
I have worked in schools for over 22 years , with 15 years senior leadership experience and 2 years as a headteacher.
As a deputy head I was lucky enough to complete 3 Principles Leadership Training with One Thought, and experienced first hand the transformational impact this understanding can have for anyone working in schools or with young people.
Seeing the potential of this work in school led me to complete 3 Principles practitioner training at the One Thought Institute and I have since delivered training and coaching across school communities, including work with headteachers, senior and middle leaders, teachers (including trainee, ECTs and NQTs), support staff, TAs, parents and students.
I continue to be amazed and excited by the potential this work to have a profound and lasting impact on people working in schools and with young people.
